Step 1: Open ReachUC
To begin, open the ReachUC application on your device.
Step 2: Select the Settings option
Within the application, search for and select the "Settings" option. It may be represented by a gear icon or a cogwheel.
Step 3: Select the SIP Log option
Within the settings section, locate and select the "SIP Log" option. This will allow you to access the records or call logs of the Session Initiation Protocol (SIP).
Step 4: Select the Share option
Once in the SIP Log section, look for the "Share" option to share the call records or logs.
Step 5: Select the Send By Email option
Within the sharing options, find and select "Send By Email" or "Enviar por correo electrónico."
Step 6: Complete the email details
A window to compose a new email will open. Now, follow the instructions below:
In the email body, provide a detailed description of the issue you are experiencing with ReachUC.
Make sure to include the following information as well:
Your full name.
The name of the company you belong to.
Your extension number (if applicable).
Step 7: Send the email
Once you have filled in all the email details, click the "Send" button to send the email to the provided support address.
