Welcome Email
When Compudile's team has created and configured your business on the telephony portal, each Fax, ReachUC, and portal Manager user will receive a welcome email indicating their username to access the portal, along with the link that will take them to the page where they can set their new credentials.
"On the 'New User Credentials' page, you must set a password containing at least 8 characters, at least one number, and one special character. Additionally, you must define a PIN that will be used to listen to voicemails in the future."
After setting the credentials correctly and saving them, the portal will redirect you to the login page of the Compudile portal (portal.compudile.com), where you will need to use the username along with the password you just created. It is recommended to bookmark this page on your browser for easy and direct access to the portal in the future.
If you need to access the portal, enter your username and password and log in.
Alternatively, if you need to login to ReachUC, you simply need to open the ReachUC application and enter the same credentials that you just created.
