Change Caller ID in ReachUC
Sometimes an employee fulfills different functions in a company for which he may need to handle calls from different departments with different phone numbers. To solve this problem we can activate a special permission to the user so that from the ReachUC application he has the option to select the Caller ID from which he wants to make the call.
If you want to have this functionality on your mobile phone, you just have to contact our team and request this service.
